How to Export and Analyze JVZoo Transaction History Efficiently

JVZoo stores a wealth of data about your sales, buyers, and affiliates — but accessing it in an analyzable format requires knowing exactly how to extract it. The native export options are functional but limited, and many sellers end up with messy CSV files they don't know how to use.

Exporting Transaction Data from JVZoo

From your JVZoo seller dashboard, navigate to Reports → Transactions. Filter by product, date range, affiliate, and transaction status. Export as CSV. Key columns you'll get: transaction date, buyer name and email, product name, sale amount, affiliate username, commission amount, and transaction status (completed, refunded, chargeback).

Cleaning Your Export for Analysis

  • Remove duplicate rows using Excel's "Remove Duplicates" feature
  • Filter out refunded transactions to get net revenue
  • Convert the date column to a consistent date format
  • Create a calculated column for net commission

Key Analyses to Run Monthly

  • Revenue by product: Which products are growing, which are declining?
  • Refund rate by product and by affiliate
  • Revenue by day of week: Optimize your launch and promotion timing.
  • Top 10 affiliates by net revenue contribution
  • New vs. repeat buyer ratio

Skip the Manual Work

Running this analysis manually takes 2-4 hours per month and introduces human error. JvzooExtractor automates the entire process — syncing your JVZoo transaction data in real time, cleaning it automatically, and presenting it in a dashboard where you can slice and filter without touching a spreadsheet.
