This Disclaimer governs your use of JVZoo Extractor, available at https://jvzooextractor.com. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

JVZoo Extractor is a data aggregation and reporting tool that retrieves, displays, and organizes your existing JVZoo transaction data. The Service does not independently verify, audit, or certify the accuracy of any data retrieved from JVZoo's API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with JVZoo, Inc. or its parent company, BBC Group, Inc. The name "JVZoo" and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

2. No Earnings Guarantee

The revenue figures, transaction counts, commission amounts, and other financial metrics displayed within the Service reflect historical data retrieved from your JVZoo account(s) and do not represent, guarantee, or predict future earnings, income, or business performance.

Past revenue figures are informational only. Individual results in affiliate marketing and digital product sales vary significantly based on factors entirely outside our control, including market conditions, product quality, marketing efforts, audience engagement, and the actions of third parties. Nothing displayed in the Service should be interpreted as a promise, representation, or guarantee of future financial results.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Transaction data is retrieved programmatically from JVZoo's API and is subject to the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of JVZoo's own systems. We do not guarantee that:

• All transactions are captured (JVZoo API limitations may result in gaps in historical data);
• Revenue figures match amounts actually received in your payment accounts, as JVZoo fees, processing charges, and chargebacks may be applied outside our visibility;
• Transaction statuses are current at the moment of display (data is synced periodically and may be delayed);
• Geolocation data associated with buyer IP addresses is accurate or current.

For official, authoritative transaction records, you should always refer directly to your JVZoo account dashboard and your payment processor statements.

4. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing within the Service — including revenue summaries, commission reports, earnings dashboards, or white-label reports — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or tax advice. The Service is a software tool, and the Company is not a registered financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or tax professional.

You should not make business, tax, investment, or legal decisions based solely on data displayed within the Service. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances.

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

The Service integrates with or references third-party platforms, including JVZoo (for transaction data), Stripe (for payment processing), and autoresponder services. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, accuracy, or data practices of these third parties. Interruptions to JVZoo's API, changes to JVZoo's data structure, or modifications to third-party APIs may affect the functionality of the Service without prior notice and without liability on our part.

6. Affiliate Program Disclaimer

Our platform affiliate program offers commission payments on referred subscriptions. Commission amounts displayed in the affiliate dashboard are estimates pending final approval and are subject to change based on refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions. Commission rates, eligibility criteria, and payout schedules are subject to modification at any time with reasonable notice. Participation in the affiliate program does not constitute employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency.

7. White-Label Reports Disclaimer

White-label reports generated by the Service are intended as informational summaries of your synchronized JVZoo data. These reports are not audited financial statements and should not be presented as such to investors, lenders, regulatory authorities, or in any legal proceeding without independent verification and the involvement of a qualified professional.

8. API Access Disclaimer

Access to your synchronized data via our REST API is provided for integration and automation purposes. We do not guarantee the availability, latency, or accuracy of API responses. The API may be subject to maintenance windows, rate limits, or deprecation with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downstream application failures, data inconsistencies, or business disruptions caused by reliance on our API.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not warrant that the Service will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, JVZoo API downtime, or force majeure events may cause interruptions. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JVZoo Extractor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your reliance on the Service, data displayed within it, reports generated by it, or any interruptions to the Service. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, missed business opportunities, or decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete data.
