Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which JVZoo Extractor ("we," "us," or "our") issues refunds for paid subscriptions to our platform at https://jvzooextractor.com (the "Service"). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Free Trial

We offer a free tier and, where applicable, a free trial period so that you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. We strongly encourage you to use the free tier or trial to confirm that JVZoo Extractor meets your business needs prior to upgrading.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial charge for that subscription term. To be eligible:

• The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the first charge.
• The request must be made by the account holder of record.
• You must briefly describe the reason for the request so we can improve the Service.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. After the 14-day window has passed for a given billing cycle, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period without further charges.

4. Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day window described in Section 2. After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term. You may cancel renewal at any time to prevent future yearly charges.

5. Lifetime & One-Time Purchases

Lifetime plans and one-time purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, these purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

• Charges older than 14 days (outside the refund window).
• Accounts terminated by us for violation of our Terms of Service, abuse, fraud, chargeback fraud, or unlawful activity.
• Add-on credits, usage overage charges, or third-party service fees (e.g., autoresponder providers, payment processor fees).
• Partial-month or partial-year time after a cancellation.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email legal@jvzooextractor.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund Request", and include:

• Your account email address.
• The date and amount of the charge.
• A short description of the reason for the request.

We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account may be immediately suspended pending resolution. We ask that you reach out to us before disputing a charge so we can resolve any issue directly and quickly.

9. Service Outages & Downtime

JVZoo Extractor strives for high availability but does not offer prorated refunds for short outages or temporary degradations. Service-credit eligibility, if any, is governed by our Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
